Can anyone use a Sadhu Board?
Essentially considered a therapeutic method that supports health, the Sadhu Board is a massage technique that can be safely tried by people of all ages. Even those with healthy health conditions are encouraged to practice it regularly to relax their bodies and prevent potential discomfort.
However, it is not recommended for cancer patients, those with clogged arteries, or diabetics. It is also important for those with varicose veins and pregnant women to exercise caution.
-
How many minutes and how often should I use it?
Practicing every morning and evening, pausing for at least one minute, gradually increasing to ten minutes according to your own state, will be most effective. You can extend the time as long as you like; there's no harm in that.
Additionally, focusing on the sensations in your body and the changes in your mood at that moment, rather than the duration while you are on Sadhu, will help you understand the essence of this experience.
-
Can I stand on the Sadhu Board alone ?
You can use the Sadhu Boards that we produce for beginner and intermediate levels without any help.
You can get help from our training videos that we have prepared for you and apply Sadhu Therapy on your own.

What is the material used and where is it produced?
The Sadhu Board, handmade in our own workshop, is made of birch wood and custom-made galvanized zinc-coated nails. Each pair contains a total of 1,500 nails.
To avoid damaging the wood, it is recommended to avoid contact with water. The user is responsible for any problems that may occur.
