How to Use a Sadhu Board?

"Please take this practice seriously. Even if you think it only works with your body, it does serious work with your subconscious mind."

Before starting the practice, be positive
It is very important to approach with a mindset.

It's important to be in an environment where you feel comfortable. Make sure your mind is calm. With a pure and powerful intention, truly feel it in your heart. Of course.
Please be alert. Sadhu is a practice performed while awake rather than in trance.

Place your foot in the middle of the board
Place your knee in a way that it is facing up.
Place your other foot, bending it slightly.

The first and most important thing to do while on the Sadhu board is to breathe deeply. Breathe as deeply and gently as you can. Learning to hold the board for even a few minutes will take time.
Even if you can only hold for 20-30 seconds, that's great.

But after a few weeks of training
the real benefits of the application
you will feel.

After standing for 1-2 minutes
Then, when the initial shock disappears and you start to relax and get used to the pain,
Sadhu gets behind the wheel.

Send a message with. Protect your body from shock by stimulating blood flow.

Beginners can get support while getting used to the practice. If you're doing it alone, you can use a wall, a long stick, a table, or a chair for support. Those who aren't feeling well can wear thin socks during their first practice.

When you want to end your practice,
with support from whatever you want
Press your foot gently onto the ground.

Put your strength into your foot, which is on the ground, and safely take the other one over the Sadhu. After the practice, sit on a chair and place your soles
You will notice that even after you step off the Sadhu Board, it continues to massage you for a long time.

Please take this practice seriously. Even if you think it only works with your body, it does serious work with your subconscious.

After doing a few breathing exercises, you are now fully prepared for this wonderful experience.
